A Journey of Discovery in the 2nd Quarter

During this second quarter journey, I learned so many things. We learned about coding and how to utilize the notepad. Mrs. Evelyn helped make our lessons more understandable. This subject enhanced my knowledge by teaching me the proper insertion of codes. Quizzes, activities, and even coding helped me improve my time management skills. These tasks helped me effectively manage my schedule. Lastly, my coding skills have improved so much.

When the second quarter began in November, we students began waking up early, showering, and eating breakfast. Despite the difficulties we had throughout the first quarter, we students continued to attend school because we wanted to study and achieve more. I recall having trouble with myself throughout my first quarter. Back then, I was thinking, "How am I going to survive this school year again?" Now that we're in the second quarter, I've accepted the challenges of school.  As a student who constantly seeks for academic appreciation, I still ask myself these kinds of questions. But, for the time being, I'm lessening the pressure on myself, but I'll always keep that question to myself as motivation to keep going and looking forward to the answer. I expected my second quarter to be difficult, but with the support of my best friend, they made it delightful. They've always got my back, and if I'm having trouble catching our lesson, they're always willing to help. They always make my day memorable by sharing my laughter and sadness with them. Thank you to my buddies Patricia, Akkiko, Holiday, Sharmaine, and Celine for making my first quarter so enjoyable.

Moving on, coding is similar to leveling up in a game. Coding is the process of teaching a computer to perform a specific task. It's like teaching a robot friend. It was difficult at first, but I felt as if I was climbing an educational ladder. Every single bit of code represented a new step. Fixing errors (debugging) was similar to solving riddles. But each fix made me a better coder. Moving on in coding involves gaining knowledge from your mistakes and becoming a better problem solution. As the quarter comes to an end, I view coding as a skill that will keep developing. It's more than just completing tasks; it's about thinking like a programmer.
